Sitting in the Vancouver Airport

Waiting for Daniel to get in from Vegas. He landed 3 minutes ago, I figure it'll take 15 to get through customs after getting off the plane, so I'm charging my laptop till 11:35 local time so I can have Skype in the greeting area. I'll give a more extensive update and stuff once I'm settled in the house, but here's a picture of me flying from Pheonix to Vancouver:

Just Created This Blog

I created this blog to make it easy for people to know what's going on, while I'm out of the country for a year. I won't have a phone, because international rates are ridiculous, so I can really only keep in touch through Facebook and Skype. Just a heads up. I'll try and update this at least once a week while I'm gone, but no promises. I'll probably be including pictures and other stuff, I might touch on how poker is going, etc.

So, basically the plan right now is this:

July 1st- Fly Out To Vancouver. I will live with a few grinders until...
September 1st- Fly to Phuket, Thailand.

Past that, everything is a gray area. We have not aligned any place to live in Thailand, we are just going to stay in hotels until we figure that out. I know we can only stay in country for 3 months before our visas expire, so we are looking at the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and a few other places for a few months, before back to Thailand for another 3 month stint. Then we plan on taking the long way around the planet home, so we can bounce through a couple cool cities/countries. But, like I said, nothing is in stone right now.

So, thirty-one days and three hours from now I'll be setting foot on a plane to get out of this place. I probably won't update this again, or give out the blog information until that night.
